Materials and weather considerations
We specify screen fabrics and framing rated for Florida sun, humidity, and storm exposure, including no-see-um mesh, pet-resistant screen, and heavier options for coastal or storm-prone properties. Framing is engineered for local wind loads and detailed to shed water cleanly.
Careful mesh selection also protects against harsh UV, which can otherwise fade furniture and surfaces underneath. We help you balance airflow, view preservation, and durability.
