Payment schedules
Two clear tiers based on project size.
Your deposit and milestone payments depend on whether your project total is under or over $30,000. Both tiers include a minimum final payment at completion and a cap on how much is released early.
Projects under $30K
With deposit
- 50% deposit at project start (maximum)
- 10% due at project completion (minimum)
- No more than 75% paid out by the first completed construction milestone (not including demo or material delivery)
Projects over $30K
With deposit
- 30% deposit at project start (maximum)
- 10% due at project completion (minimum)
- No more than 75% paid out by the first completed construction milestone (not including demo or material delivery)
Good to know
What counts as a construction milestone?
A construction milestone is a real, completed stage of your build, not the start of work. Site demolition and material delivery are not considered completed milestones, so they don't trigger early payouts. This protects you: funds are released only when measurable construction is finished.
Your final payment, a minimum of 10% of the project, is due at completion, after the final walk-through. We'll walk you through every milestone during your free consultation so there are no surprises.
